Right of Withdrawal

Welcome to the Right of Withdrawal section of our e-commerce Jonathan Srl. Here you will find all the necessary information to exercise your rights in compliance with the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005).

1. Who can exercise the right of withdrawal?

The right of withdrawal is reserved exclusively for end consumers, meaning individuals purchasing for purposes not related to their commercial, business, or professional activity. It does not apply to purchases made with a VAT number.

2. Withdrawal period

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement, without providing any reason, within 30 calendar days from the date you (or a third party appointed by you) received the product.

3. How to exercise the right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision through an explicit declaration. You can do this by sending one of the following communications:

• Ticket: Select Administration department on this page: Contact Us specifying the order number, the product, and your intention to withdraw.
• Registered letter: Send a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the following address:

4. Conditions for product return

• Products must be returned intact, unused, and complete with all accessories in their original packaging (including manuals, labels, etc.).
• The return must be made within 14 days from the withdrawal notification.
• Any damage or wear on the product may result in a reduction of the refund amount.

5. Returning products

Products must be shipped to:

The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

6. Refund

Once the products are received and their integrity verified, we will proceed with the refund of the amount paid, including the initial shipping costs (except for any additional costs for extra delivery options).

The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned products, using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

7. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

• Products made to measure or clearly customized.
• Audio-visual products, software, or sealed items if the seal has been opened.
• Products that are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly.
